Why cold-pressed matters

Pressed fresh, never refined.

Refined commodity oils are stripped with heat and solvents. Ours is mechanically cold-pressed from fresh fruit, so what goes in the bottle is simply avocado — flavour, colour and monounsaturated fats included.
